What I Am Offering
One-on-One Coaching
Exploration sessions are done in 1 hour increments over a 3 or 6 month timeframe. The intention is to move far beyond where you have stopped in the past. Claim what is rightfully yours, “love, integrity, freedom & ease.”
Organization Trainings
JEDI sessions begin with personalized individual exploration then expands to the department level to the whole organization then to the clients/customers and, finally to how you want to impact the community. This process typically takes 12 months.
Education Advocacy
Coaching students and parents to navigate the educational system to meet the needs of the student. By establishing a collaborative team to surround and lift up each student is the most effective strategy to promote resiliency.
Year of Care Program
It is time for Women of Color to join together and be witnessed in our fullness. We are claiming our personal liberation and radical self-care. Let’s give, “CARE” a new definition, “Community, Acceptance, Realignment and Ease” We are masterful at taking on other people’s energy and loads, now is the time to claim a sacred space for YOU.
The women who co-lead this sacred circle are Janet Tillman and vicki abadesco! . We have known each other for 18 years. We have loved, learned, and challenged each other to grow beyond our self-imposed limitations for 18 years. We have partnered to dismantle stories from our families of origin and beyond to invite in new ways of being.
